Is there a minimum number of shipments?
Yes – our fulfillment service is designed for businesses shipping at least 20 parcels per day. This ensures efficient processes and attractive pricing.
How fast do you ship after an order is placed?
Orders received on working days before 12 PM are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse.
Do you offer carbon-neutral shipping?
Yes. Upon request, we provide carbon-neutral shipping options through our logistics partners (e.g., Swiss Post, GLS).
How is returns processing handled?
Returns are inspected, documented, and processed according to your instructions – e.g., restocked, repacked, or properly disposed of.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After you contact us, we analyze your business, set up the necessary interfaces, and begin with a test shipment to verify all processes.

Our warehouse is in St. Margrethen SG, right at the Swiss border – perfect for fast national and international deliveries.
