Yes – our fulfillment service is designed for companies that ship at least 20 parcels per day. This ensures efficient workflows and attractive pricing.
How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders received on weekdays before 12:00 noon are usually dispatched the same day from our warehouse.
Do you offer carbon-neutral shipping?
Yes. On request, we provide carbon-neutral shipping options through our logistics partners (e.g. Swiss Post, GLS).
How are returns handled?
Returns are inspected, documented, and processed according to your instructions – e.g. restocked, repackaged, or properly disposed of.
